This product was developed and designed for the Silver Lining imprint to coordinate with the book that was published by Fall River Press in 2008 with the same name. Many of the design elements used in the book such as fonts, border design, and battle streamers unique to the Marine Corps were all incorporated into the monthly grids. The product performed well in sales and new editions were published from 2008-2011. The trim size, design, and name of the calendar was changed to Marines in 2012, and the revised product line was published until 2023 by Ziga Media.
