Kevin Ullrich
Who I Am
My name is Kevin Ullrich and I am an art director and graphic designer with more than three decades of experience in the publishing business. I deeply care about my craft and enjoy the collaborative process when creating unique book and product designs. Although I have experience designing for a wide variety of subjects and age groups, I have a specific interest in military history with numerous books in the genre to my credit. I have worked on photoshoots at some of the nation's premier military museums, including West Point Military Museum, Annapolis Naval Academy Museum, Washington Navy Yard, Army Heritage and Education Center, and the Pentagon.
What I Do
I design book covers, illustrated and non-illustrated interiors, packaging, and calendar products. I have extensive experience creating print-ready files for both 1 and 4-color printing, including the file preparation for the myriad of special effects and Pantone colors available to publishers and designers. I am also an art director with experience building and managing a team of creative individuals.
